I have absolutely nothung to do with Naira Marley arrest Rugged Man says;

Nigerian rapper Ruggedman has just talked about his recent spell with rapper Naira Marley.

The Concise News reported that the singer of "On I A Yahoo Boy" was recently arrested by EFCC on charges of fraud and remained in his custody.

Taking his IG page, Ruggedman has rumors that he may have had a hand in the Naira Marley jail.

He wrote: "I have read and heard of the Naira Marley case and the misinformation making the rounds which is rather unfortunate to say the least.

"I do not know Naira Marley personally, just as I do not know the more than 300 Nigerians for whom I have justice because of police brutality. I do it because it's who I am.

"All I did was warn a young artist, who has influence, against making statements. I believe this is the way to go as an elder, but was insulted by those who are being deceived.

"I never responded to the invectives of Naira Marley.

"I notice that saying that I was" happy in a way "with his arrest evidently irritated me and so I apologize. It was in the hope that this would serve as an impediment to people who might consider the evils or make a some that intended to wish its fall. It may not be a good choice of words in hindsight. I'm not looking forward to anyone's downfall, but I hope we all learn from the situation.

"I declare categorically that I had nothing to do with your detention. Police, NDLEA and EFCC are also present. I am sure they have seen your posts and captions in the same way as all of us. warned I think this is what all darts and arrows my way as a literal mortal retribution to me.

"Despite my disrespect for myself, I have nothing against him and only looked forward to his discernment and use of his position of influence.

"May God bless you all and yes, this includes those who wish me evil and threaten me. Nothing wants to change who I am and I want to keep you all in my prayers."
